For mine-site maintenance
The maintenance app your crew will actually use.
Faults reported from the phone in their pocket. Pre-ops signed with a PIN. Parts chased on the record. Everyone sees which units are down and why, in a feed that looks like the one they already scroll.
30 days free, everything on. Nothing charged until day 31. The demo needs no sign-up at all.
Hydraulic hose burst at the boom cylinder. Parked at 4 Level, tagged out.
What it does
A feed, not a form
Raise a fault like a post. Comment, tag a unit, add a photo. Nobody needs a training day.
Down means down
A unit that is down turns red everywhere, with why and since when, until somebody fixes it.
Scan the sticker
A QR on every unit opens its page: history, open faults, the pre-op, the manuals.
Digital pre-ops
Done on the phone, signed with a PIN, the last one read first. Kept for three years.
Parts, chased on the record
PR, PO, ETA and who is chasing, on the fault itself. Nobody asks twice.
PMs here, or in SAP
Run your PMs with us, or keep SAP and use the feed beside it. Your call.

One look, every unit
A face on every unit tells the whole crew how it is, at a glance.
Built for sites like these
Open pit or underground, hard rock or potash: wherever the gear works hard and the crew keeps it running.

Counts equipment, never people.
No leaderboards, no scores. So the honest notes keep coming.Pricing
One price for the whole site, by number of units. Never per user.

Who makes it
Hi, Iβm Vin. π
Iβm a marine engineer by trade. For ten years I sailed around the world, and I never once had to think about the maintenance system. By the time a ship is handed over to the sea, the system is already built. It just needs the crew to feed it data.
Then I came ashore and became a maintenance planner on a mine site, and that was the piece missing: faults living in notebooks, text messages and whiteboards nobody updates. So I built the system I wanted, one the crew actually uses, because it works like the feed on their phone.
Iβm halfway through a Master of Science in Information Systems at Athabasca University. Two courses, Enterprise Information Management and Operations Management, gave me the full picture of how a whole operation fits together, and the tools to design systems for it. I love systems thinking, and Mechanical Feed is where it meets the shop floor.
Mechanical Feed is made by Arvex Systems Inc. in Canada. If you have a question, you get me, not a call centre.
