User Terms and Privacy Notice

Mechanical Feed is set up for you by your site (usually your employer), which owns the site's information. By using it you agree to these few rules, and you've been told how your information is handled.

Your part

• Keep your PIN, password and setup codes to yourself. Nobody from Arvex or your site will ever ask you for your PIN.
• Record things honestly. The record is how your crew and the next shift know what happened.
• Use it for your site's work, and don't try to get into anything your access doesn't open.

How the record works

• What you post shows your name and the time, so people know who to ask.
• You can edit your own post for a short time. Every version is kept, and nobody can edit or erase what someone else wrote.
• Mechanical Feed counts equipment, never people: no scores, rankings or leaderboards of workers.

Your information

• Kept: your name, title, crew, access level, codes, email (and phone and photo if you add them), what you record, and when and where you signed in.
• Seen by: the people on your site, by access level (only Owners and Admins see emails). Never another site. Arvex doesn't look inside your site unless an Owner books a support visit, which is recorded.
• Kept in Canada, with a few service providers outside Canada (email, payments and AI help), as listed in the Privacy Policy.
• If you leave, your site switches your account off; what you recorded stays in the site's record.
